Meet our CEO I was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I did several small jobs until I fell in love with construction and real estate. I started my construction company at the age of 21 bought my 1st house the same year. Bought my 2nd house 1 year later and my 3rd house 1 year after that. I moved to Dallas Texas to give corporate America a shot. (Hated the lack of growth) and jumped into sales and marketing to try and have an impact in helping shape and develop as many people as possible. Helping people develop to not only be better business people, but just better people in general is my goal and help grow careers and make a lot of memories in the process.
I’m not sure if I found Holt Dynamics or if they found me, but to say my life has done a 180° turn in the last two months would be the understatement of the year. From the top leaders to the quality people they bring on board, I can confidently say that they have the best business culture I’ve ever experienced. I look forward to contributing to the company’s future success. .
When I first joined Holt Dynamics, it was primarily to secure employment. However, as I became more immersed in the company, I realized the significant opportunities for growth and advancement it offered. Throughout my time here, I’ve experienced remarkable growth—not only professionally but personally as well. I’m happy that I’ve been able to network extensively and meet some great people which includes my team.
I came to Holt Dynamics seeking an opportunity to accelerate my career growth and development. I have stayed with Holt Dynamics because the company continually pushes me beyond my comfort zone in various aspects, from sales and recruiting to leadership and management. The commitment to growth—not just for myself but for the entire team—motivates me and keeps me sharp every day. It’s my endeavor to ensure that the company meets targets while staying compliant.
I joined this company because I saw a place that was growing with intention, supported by strong vision, leadership, and culture. I wanted to contribute to something meaningful rather than just have a job. In my role, I focus on creating impact—driving results, solving problems, and helping others elevate their performance. What I enjoy most is the environment itself: the energy, the ambition, the support, and the balance of competitiveness and compassion. A fun fact about me is that I’m always pursuing some form of self-improvement, whether through new skills, fitness, or exploring whatever sparks my curiosity. One quote that resonates with me is, “Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better.” – Samuel Beckett.
I joined the company because I saw an opportunity to explore a new career path. In my role, I focus on developing leadership and communication skills so I can support a team and help teach those skills to others. What I enjoy most about working here is being part of an environment that values growth and the strong relationships we build with one another. A fun fact about me is that I’ve played hockey my whole life!
I moved to Connecticut with my wife and was looking for something that could help me build new skills while searching for a job in my field. Once I saw the growth opportunity here, there was no going back. In my role, I help the people I train recognize their potential and understand that they can achieve their goals if they’re willing to apply themselves. I especially enjoy the culture—it’s the first job where I’m consistently smiling, laughing, and growing at the same time. Outside of work, I’m a huge nerd and love everything related to Warhammer 40K, from the books to building and painting miniatures. One of my favorite quotes is, “Of all the shapes we MIGHT have been… I say, ‘HOORAY for the shapes we’re in!’” – Dr. Seuss.
I joined this business looking for a job and accidentally stumbled into this career after hearing how you can quite literally change your life’s trajectory by simply completing the training. It sparked the long-neglected inner entrepreneur in me. I’m currently working on building and training success leaders. Outside of work, I genuinely love music and hope to invest in something in that field once I reach ownership. My favorite quote is, “What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.” — Henry David Thoreau.
