Meet our CEO I was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I did several small jobs until I fell in love with construction and real estate. I started my construction company at the age of 21 bought my 1st house the same year. Bought my 2nd house 1 year later and my 3rd house 1 year after that. I moved to Dallas Texas to give corporate America a shot. (Hated the lack of growth) and jumped into sales and marketing to try and have an impact in helping shape and develop as many people as possible. Helping people develop to not only be better business people, but just better people in general is my goal and help grow careers and make a lot of memories in the process.
When I first joined Holt Dynamics, it was primarily to secure employment. However, as I became more immersed in the company, I realized the significant opportunities for growth and advancement it offered. Throughout my time here, I’ve experienced remarkable growth—not only professionally but personally as well. I’m happy that I’ve been able to network extensively and meet some great people which includes my team.
I joined the company because I saw an opportunity to explore a new career path. In my role, I focus on developing leadership and communication skills so I can support a team and help teach those skills to others. What I enjoy most about working here is being part of an environment that values growth and the strong relationships we build with one another. A fun fact about me is that I’ve played hockey my whole life!
